The board is dyed throughout in Night Black, preventing the absorption of food colors, which is typical for plastic and wooden boards. Hygiene: Thanks to the incredible hardness of the wood fiber, the cutting board can be cleaned in the dishwasher without warping or cracking. Maintenance: With use, scratches and cuts from knives will naturally occur, but these can be easily removed with a scouring pad.
