The project was developed by Mimimi Productions studio (known from, among others, The Last Tinker: City of Colors) and published by Daedalic Entertainment.The game takes us to Japan in 1615, the early Edo period. The new Shogun decides to bring peace to the whole country, which requires silent elimination of all opponents who dream of a rebellion. To do this, he seeks help from a group of five specialists in homicide, sabotage and espionage. It is this team that the player leads during the campaign, consisting of thirteen extensive missions.Released on the PC, PS4 and XONE platform, Shadow Tactics: Blades of the Shogun is a tactical strategy in which we command a small squad of agents performing risky tasks on maps patrolled by enemies. During the game, the action is shown by a camera placed high above the heads of the characters. In most missions, the enemies are outnumbered, so you must rely on the stealth approach. Edna & Harvey: The Breakout is an old-fashioned point'n'click adventure game, released by the German company Daedalic Entertainment (including Ankh: Battle of the Gods and The Whispered World ). The production is distinguished above all by an extremely original script and the use of very classic, old-school technical solutions, thanks to which it can bring to mind such items as Day of the Tentacle or The Secret of Monkey Island . Story The main character of the game is the title Edna, a peculiar young woman who wakes up one morning locked in a mental hospital, remembering practically nothing. However, she is fully convinced that she is here completely wrong and must get out of here as soon as possible. After all, the girl considers herself a completely normal person, although the player may have some doubts about it, considering her shabby, stuffed rabbit mascot Harvey, with whom she quite often discusses various topics. Together, they also decide to escape from this problematic place. As it turns out quickly, getting out of the madhouse is not such a simple matter, which is why our original pair of heroes is forced to ask for intellectual help from the player in this endeavor. Considering the nature of the location where Edna and Harvey are currently staying, it is easy to conclude that the characters encountered on our way are, to put it mildly, unusual personalities (e.g. a man dressed in a bee costume or a pair of Siamese twins). Nevertheless, we should find a common language with the inhabitants of the psychiatrist, because only by joint efforts we have a chance to achieve the desired goal. Fortunately, the passage of time and contacts with other people enable Edna to slowly regain her memory, which has a very positive effect on her mental abilities. As we can see, it is difficult to accuse the game's creators of lack of creativity or re-creativity when it comes to the plot.
