Herman "The Doctor" Carter initially had good intentions. He set out to understand the human psyche. The Doctor has 3 new assets.

OVERCHARGE: Drives you to hate progress.Reload the generator by performing the Break Generator action. The next survivor to interact with this generator will face a difficult skill check. Failure of the skill check results in an additional generator regression.Passing the skill check does not grant progress, but prevents the generator from exploding.
