Atlas is an extremely ambitious MMO game with extensive survival elements. The production is kept in a pirate atmosphere and allows 40 thousand players to explore one huge world. The title was created by developers who were involved in ARK: Survival Evolved in the past , and are currently associated with the Grapeshot Games studio. The game was announced at the The Game Awards in December 2018. Story During the magical "Golden Age", the Celestial Empires were able to create flying continents that held themselves above the earth thanks to the power of the mysterious Heart of the Goddess. It was a time when people lived in peace with all sorts of magical creatures. The Golden Age, however, is over. A powerful leader named Xevos has made an attempt to unite humanity and challenge other beings. The war he caused led to the shattering of the Heart and the destruction of the old world. Gameplay The Atlas allows players to explore a vast world with an area of several tens of thousands of square kilometers. There are several hundred geographically diverse islands full of challenges, treasures and dangers. Production allows players to conquer territories (from which they can later collect taxes), build their own ships (the system is responsible for this is very extensive and allows you to customize many elements of the ship) and fortresses and associate in smaller and larger groups . We can also fight others - both on land and at sea. Ship crews can be either players or AI-controlled heroes (the latter can be developed over time). The production also allows you to customize the appearance of the protagonist (through an extensive character creator) and develop his skills - there are several different development trees and several hundred abilities (some of them are active and can be assigned to keys, others offer passive buffs).
