Its release was handled by Arc System Works.StoryThe main characters of the game River City Girls are Kyoko and Misako, girls well known to fans of the Kunio and Riki series. The task of the teenagers is to save their loved ones who have been kidnapped; before they do so, they will have to face countless thugs lurking on the streets of the title River City.GameplayIn River City Girls, the action is shown from the side. Six vast regions of the city that we traverse are waiting to be visited here, focusing primarily on eliminating hosts of enemies. During the clashes, we block enemy attacks and perform quick counter attacks, combine blows into spectacular combinations, and finally use powerful special attacks. The girls do not have to fight barefoot, as they can also use melee weapons.
