Verdens første wagyu-kogebog er drevet af min passion for wagyu og spækket med unikke og eksklusive opskrifter, som jeg selv har udviklet. I kogebogen Wagyu tager jeg dig ikke blot gennem den spændende historie om wagyu-racen og de gener, der gør wagyu til koens svar på en Rolls Royce, betydningen af MBS-gradueringsskalaen, valg af udskæring i en given sammenhæng, og hvordan du steger den perfekte, store og flotte bøf – jeg tager dig med endnu dybere ind i wagyu-køkkenet, som jeg har brugt uendelig mange timer på at eksperimentere i. Om forfatteren I 2015 åbnede den dengang 20-årige restauratør og selværte kok Jacob Jørgsholm restauranten Feed Bistro på Nørrebro i København. Sideløbende driver han en af Danmarks mest populære Youtube-madkanaler og har senest åbnet egen webshop med salg af netop wagyu-kød, som han selv nøje udvælger og importerer direkte fra forskellige gårde rundt omkring i verden. Jacob er også aktuel i tv-programmet Madnørderne på DR. Jacob har gennem den seneste tid afholdt månedlige 10-retters wagyu-events på Feed Bistro, hvor han har haft plads til at teste og eksperimentere med forskellige wagyu-retter.
