Considers the antecedents and conduct of the Vietnamese revolution. Based upon hypothesis, it assumes that the fall of the French colonial regime and its subsitution by a Vietnamese Democratic Rlic was a result of Roosevelt's IndoChina policy and the founding of the Vietnamese Communist Party.
