Objectives: To study the epidemiological, clinical, CT scan and therapeutic aspects of cerebral microangiopathies Methodology: Retrospective study. Results: Microangiopathies are responsible for 20.9% of strokes. They are the cause of lacunar infarcts, haematomas and or cognitive disorders. They are more common in men than in women and affect subjects with an average age of 58.2 years. They are associated with high blood pressure (74.3%) and alcohol consumption (21.4%).
