Objectives: To study the epidemiological, clinical, CT scan and therapeutic aspects of cerebral microangiopathies Methodology: Retrospective study. Results: Microangiopathies are responsible for 20.9% of strokes. They are the cause of lacunar infarcts, haematomas and or cognitive disorders.
