Extraction of Lavandula angustifolia essential oil - Maroua Riad

Firstly, we extracted the essential oil (EO) from the aerial parts of Lavandula angustifolia (La) using the hydrodistillation method. We then measured the polyphenols present in this essential oil (TPC) by spectrophotometry and assessed the antioxidant activity by measuring the percentage reduction of the DPPH radical.
