It consists of a mains powered strobe light with a rechargeable battery back-up. This strobe has been designed specifically for daytime rooms as a visual indicator with a specially designed lens for wide-angle light output.For protection in a bedroom we recommend the Ei170RF alarm kit as this combines a strobe light and a vibrating pillow pad for extra warning.This Strobe Light is compatible with the 3000 Multi-Sensor Fire Alarm Ei2110e 160e Series alarms and 140RC Series smoke and heat alarms along with any interconnected Carbon Monoxide alarms.
