Schodu Pink Summer Gin Just like the original Schodu Gin, their Pink Summer Gin comes from the South-West of the Netherlands in Zeeland. Again, where possible they use local ingredients in its creation. Whilst this is a pink gin in colour, it's certainly not one in flavour. This is a gin full of summer flavours, with rhubarb, orange, rose, peach and even a pinch of Zeeland sea salt from the Oosterschelde.  With it's fruity, floral flavours (perfect year round, but especially in the summer) and a touch of sea salt, this is once again a gin proud of its geographic location! Read more about Schodu Perfect Serve We love this in a classic gin tonic. Mix 50ml of the gin with 150ml of tonic over plenty of ice (we like this with Lobsters Tonic Water). Stir gently, and garnish with a few summer berries (fresh or frozen).

These ingredients blend perfectly, with none of them overpowering the others. This results in a smooth (lightly spicy) and exceptionally delicious gin. ⁠ With it's fresh taste and aroma, it reminds of the seaside, firmly placing the gin where is comes from.  Read more about Schodu Perfect Serve We love this in a classic gin tonic. Mix 50ml of the gin with 150ml of tonic (we like this with Lobsters Tonic Water). Garnish with a thin slice of pear, and some juniper berries. For a refreshing citrus twist, try Lobsters Lemon Mint instead and garnish with a lemon wedge and juniper berries.
