Street Fighter V is released incl. for personal computers, the fifth main installment of the cult Japanese series of fighting games, launched in 1987. As in the entire history of this series so far, we are dealing with the work of the Japanese company Capcom. The PC version is one of only two in which the five were released - this was due to the "strategic partnership" the developer has made with Sony Computer Entertainment. Despite the relatively small graphic differences compared to the previous version, Street Fighter V has clearly higher hardware requirements - but not so much that it would need a high-end PC.  The gameplay mechanisms in Street Fighter V on the PC and PS4 platform have not changed significantly compared to the previous installments of the series. We are still dealing with a classic fight in which two characters face each other to fight using a wide range of more or less effective attacks. The basic version of the game includes 16 players, four of which appear for the first time in the history of the series.  The biggest change to the combat mechanics in Street Fighter V is the V-Gauge - a special bar that fills up when your character is attacked. The player can use the energy stored in it in three ways. V-Skills are unique attacks, different for each warrior, V-Reversals allow you to counter-attack, while V-Triggers consume the entire V-Gauge, offering a temporary bonus in return (e.g. increasing the damage dealt). In addition, the Stun Gauge has been added, which when filled - after receiving a certain number of hits - causes the character to be temporarily stunned (it is intended to induce players to a more offensive style of play). More than 10 years after the release of the first part, the Japanese tycoon decided to refresh the series by entrusting the work on its new version to the British studio Ninja Theory, which has such titles as Heavenly Sword and Enslaved: Odyssey to the West. It is worth noting that the development was supervised by Japanese and American branches of Capcom, thanks to which veterans of the series can feel familiar, and new players should not worry about the need to know the plot of the previous installments of the series.  The story DMC: Devil May Cry takes place in two worlds - human and hell (Limbo), from where hordes of demons pass through interdimensional gates. Only an uncompromising and vengeful warrior can face the danger. Players take on the role of Dante, a young man with a difficult and explosive character who lives somewhat on the sidelines of society. His extraordinary skills in the use of all kinds of weapons prove invaluable in the face of threats from another dimension. The actual game begins shortly after Dante is attacked by a powerful demon called the Hunter, and a mysterious girl named Kat helps him out of trouble. Gameplay One of the most interesting elements of the game is the ability to activate two special modes - angelic and demonic. This function helps not only in eliminating specific types of monsters, but also in solving puzzles. Dante can use chains to attract himself to interactive objects. In unchanged form, the authors of the game, in turn, moved the Devil Trigger mode known from the previous parts, in which the controlled warrior becomes invincible for a few seconds.  In Devil May Cry 5 Dante keeps his ability to switch between combat styles on the fly, and it’s going to be integral to your combos, just like a bunch of new moves Nero can access thanks to his prosthetic arms. If you don’t feel like getting up close and personal, V needs to keep his distance until it’s time to deal the finishing blow. Resident Evil 4: Ultimate HD Edition is a thorough upgrade of the fourth installment of the cult Resident Evil survival horror series, considered one of the best installments in the series. Kennedy, known from the second part of the game - once a policeman from Raccoon City, and now a secret agent of the US government, responsible, among others, for the safety of the president's family. The protagonist is sent on a mission to Europe. His task is to save the president's daughter, who has disappeared under mysterious circumstances, who is staying there - the trail leads to Pueblo in Spain. On the spot, it turns out that the matter is much more complicated. To complete the task, the hero will have to face hordes of mutants infected with a dangerous parasite. It will also be necessary to deal with a mysterious sect led by the charismatic Osmund Saddler. Gameplay The gameplay in RE4: Ultimate HD Edition remains almost identical in comparison to the original game. The action is presented from The Third Person Perspective (TPP) and the game is an example of a survival-horror genre. During the gameplay, players explore numerous locations, occasionally solve environmental puzzles, and of course, fight dangerous enemies. This time, combat is the most essential element of the game. The protagonist can use a variety of different weapons such as pistols, shotguns, assault rifles, or even grenade launchers or crossbows with exploding ammo. In addition to that, from time to time players will have to complete spectacular QTE sequences (Quick Time Events), during which they will have to press the right button at the right time.   Reception The game gathered mostly favorable reviews. Full of combat and fast-paced action gameplay attracted a lot of fans. Introducing full support for mouse and keyboard is one of the most praised features of the re-mastered edition, as it was the main reason for the negative opinions about the original Resident Evil 4.
