Hearts of Iron 3 is the next installment of a series of valued historical strategies, thematically referring to World War II. The player is involved in both the organization of military activities and learning about the complex economic, economic, political and social relationships. The main attraction of the third part of the series is the ability to fight on a huge map of the game world, divided into about 10,000 provinces.  The action of the program was set in the years 1936-1948. Thanks to this, the player has time to prepare the country of his choice for the war that engulfed the world in 1939. It is worth noting that the authors of Hearts of Iron III, the Swedish company Paradox, take history very seriously, thanks to which all the authentic events taking place during those twelve years have a great chance to appear in the game as well. Everything depends on the way the game is played and the territorial possession of the person sitting in front of the computer.  In Hearts of Iron III, as in the previous installments of the series, the authors do not impose any specific choices. It is only up to the player whether he or she will lead one of the powers, or decide to lead one of the countries that do not have adequate military and economic reserves. In this way, the level of difficulty of the game and the challenges ahead are also regulated.  Due to the very high complexity of the previous parts of the series and the idea of continuous development of the program, the creators decided to completely change the interface, so despite its complexity, the game has a chance to appeal not only to die-hard fans of complex strategies. The level of interference in the decision-making process of the state's development will depend only on the player. If she is interested in the smallest details, there is nothing to prevent her from supervising the process of creating even the smallest element - or by recruiting individual army battalions or by supervising every element of scientific research.
