Inspired by the nation's favourite Christmas tub sweet, Golden Valley Plants now brings you 'The Purple One' as a door wreath! Some might say we are biased when it comes to the colour purple: not just because we love a hazelnut in caramel and chocolate but also because we sell more purple flowers than any other colour on the nursery - interestingly it is also a favourite with the bees too, (bees can see violet and blue hues better than other colours). Purple is for rarity and royalty (and our Golden Valley Plants logo of course); Elegance and majesty is exactly what you will get with this beautiful door wreath. High quality Noble Fir, carefully arranged onto a 12" wreath base and adorned with purple glittery, glossy and matt baubles. Golden artificial branch ornaments sparkle and shine out of the deep green foliage, giving a sophisticated and sparkling contrast of regal purple and gold.
Perfectly finished with a weatherproof purple and gold multi-looped, ribbon bow; a blend of tradition and contemporary style. Just add pin wire, or little fairy lights for extra sparkle on your front door.
This beautiful 12" wreath is made on a sturdy wire frame based filled with fresh evergreen Noble Fir and dressed with an assortment of glitter, gloss and matt purple 30mm baubles. We use Noble Fir foliage to create our lovely Christmas wreaths because apart from its lovely texture and scent, noble fir has strong, stiff branches - a perfect base for our carefully chosen decorations and what's more, the foliage keeps really well too, meaning your wreath will stay fresh throughout the season.
We have been expertly creating beautiful, full and fluffy wreaths, working with high quality Noble Fir, since 2006 - the foliage sourced from our plantation partners in Northern Scotland and hand-crafted at our nursery site in Herefordshire.
Our dedicated team of wreath-makers carefully trim the soft outer branches from the main stem, skill-fully gathering bundles of foliage perfectly sized for our 12-inch wreath ring. The foliage is attached in a herringbone formation guaranteeing you a lush and secure wreath that gracefully retains its decoration. The foliage offcuts and branches are then chipped and composted before going back onto the local farmland as a mulch, so please hang your wreath with pride!
