Also referred to as System 3 in Approved Document F of the Building Regulations, an MEV system consists of a centralised ventilation unit that continuously extracts waste, polluted and moist air from wet rooms and can be discreetly positioned in either a cupboard, utility room, ceiling or loft space. An MEV system can be ducted throughout the dwelling and operated by the homeowner through a range of control options. Controllability Typically dual speed, MEV systems provide both low speed continuous trickle ventilation and high-speed boost flow when required. Domus HRXE-AURA-H Opposite Handed - HRXE-AURA-OPH   Description The Domus HRXE-AURA-H provides a maximum flow rate of 320m3/hr suitable for a house up to 190 m2 floor area with up to 5 kitchens & bathrooms Controllability is provided by an internal humidity sensors and optional room sensors or switches (no digital controller is available for this model) BPC Ventilation are the largest independent MVHR specialists and supply this unit with up to a 5-year parts warranty* and lifetime technical support on our top-quality systems Integral Humidity Sensor The Domus unit has an Internal Humidity sensor that can provide a superior demand-controlled ventilation solution for your property When the unit senses that the humidity exceeds the set point the unit will boost to that set by the commissioned boost speed.
