Players choose a few of the dozens of available personality traits, as well as the hero's long-term goals. They have an impact on the later behavior of the characters and are part of the improved artificial intelligence system introduced to the game. Thanks to it, Sims behave more naturally and react to the situations around them in a much more varied way. The emotions felt by virtual heroes are also a novelty. They are influenced not only by the currently satisfied or not needs or social interactions, but also by used household appliances or clothes worn. Experiencing specific emotions will unlock for us, among others new dialogue options. After creating Sims, the player must bring them home. He can leave it in the form prepared by the creators or completely redo it. The production offers an extensive tool that allows you to build and furnish your own apartments. Compared to the previous parts, the constructor interface has been improved. Among other things, ready-made rooms have been introduced that can be set up with one click.
