This means that the detectors call points and sounders can all be installed on the same zone circuit. This reduces installation costs time and disruption compared to traditional conventional fire alarm systems where the sounders would need to be installed separately to the detectors and call points. This kit includes the Twinflex Multipoint detectors which can be used as either a smoke or heat detector. This is selectable by simply adjusting the switches on the reverse of the detector.
