Kidde Airsense 34quot Large 2 Way Ball Valve 9-10980

Kidde Airsense 34quot Large 2 Way Ball Valve 9-10980

Kidde Airsense 34 Large 2 Way Ball Valve 9-10980When the aspirating smoke detection system is installed in a dirty or dusty environment the sampling pipes and sampling holes can get obscured over a period of time by the various airborne particles. As a result it is recommend to clean the sampling pipes and holes by blowing low pressure compressed air in the reverse direction through the sampling pipes. The connection of the compressed air to the sampling pipe and the release of excess air at the end of the sampling pipe can be cumbersome. With the Quick Release Airline Valve 9-30976 the Large Check Valve 9-10978 and Large 2 Way Ball Valve 9-10980 this does not need to be the case anymore. The quick release airline valve is installed close to the detector. During maintenance the detector can be switched-off and the valve closed to prevent any damage to the detector during the clearing process. The low pressure compressed air can now be easily connected to the quick release. At the far end of the sampling pipe the large check valve or large 2 way ball valve can be used. The check value is the easiest to use as it will automatically open to release excess pressure during the cleaning process and does not require any human interaction. In some cases the check valve might not be suitable and then the 2 way ball valve can be used to manually open the far end of the sampling pipe.Key FeaturesEasy maintenanceRobust ball valveFor use with 9-10976 - quick release airline valve

Kidde Airsense Stratos-Micra 25 Relay Input Card

Kidde Airsense Stratos-Micra 25 Relay Input Card

Stratos-Micra 25 Relay Input CardStratos-Micra 25 is intended to provide LOCALISED incipient fire detection only. This means that it is suitable for the substantial range of applications typified by small non-compartmentalised rooms warehouse racking or pieces of electronic or electromechanical equipment where it is desirable to achieve individual incipient fire reporting. In compartmentalised rooms each compartment would normally use individual Stratos-Micra 25 detectors. This product employs a very low-power aspirator and the aspirating capability of the Stratos-Micra 25 detector is limited accordingly. Stratos-Micra 25 is NOT intended to protect large areas or to sample from areas where there may be any difference in airflow rates or pressure differentials. Application of Stratos-Micra 25 in these circumstances is not recommended. If detection in environments conforming to these descriptions is required alternative versions of Stratos products should be used.We recommend a maximum sampling pipe length of 25 metres to be used on the Stratos-Micra 25. Maximum single length of sampling pipe to be used on the Stratos-Micra 100 detector is 100 metres or 2 x 50 meter lengths in still air with 25 sampling holes or Capillary Remote Sampling Points. This will provide a transport time from the end of the sampling pipe within 120 seconds. If the protected area has airflow present the maximum permitted sampling pipe length will be reduced.Key FeaturesUltra small low cost aspirating smoke detector for easy and discreet installationHigh sensitivity provide by laser based forward light scatter for reliable early warningSignal sampling pipe up to 50m in lengthUnique ClassiFire perceptive artificial intelligent system that dynamically adjusts the detectors operating parameters allowing for day to day changes in the protect environment and dust separation system contaminationUnwanted alarm from dust are avoided using patented Dual TechnologyLDD 3D Laser Dust Discrimination and elimination system
