Nursecall Intercall 700 Series Dementia ControllerThe Intercall Dementia Controller is designed as a non-intrusive system to monitor resident rooms. The call system detects when a resident is out of bed and activates room lighting helping to reduce the risk of a fall. Staff are alerted through the Intercall nurse call system in the event of abnormal behaviour.By controlling the lighting in the bedroom and ensuite WC areas the unit helps guide a confused resident to the bathroom and back to bed without the need for staff intervention. In the event that the residents movements do not represent normal behaviour an alarm is automatically raised and staff are alerted through the nurse call system.
