This twin kit is an ideal set-up for Interview lighting, as the MINI30D offers a gentle Daylight Balanced 30W Power Output. The MINI30D allows you to adjust the beam angle, ideal for lighting up a specific singular point or for filling an area with light, helping you to cover all interview possibilities from single subject to group.
The PiXAPRO MINI30D (Godox S30) Focusable LED Light, is a 30W 5600K Daylight-Balanced light source that gives you the ability to continuously vary the beam angle anywhere between 6° and 55°. This enables you to either throw the light over a greater distance or to flood an area with light. This compact, lightweight LED light features an optical lens system that projects a silky-smooth graduated ball of light, ideal for use as a spotlight, or for highlighting specific parts of the scene. The MINI30D is perfect for Cinematographers, as well as Photographers who want to emphasise specific parts of the scene or to add mood to their imagery.
The MINI30D is Daylight Balanced at 5600K with a high CRI and TLCI rating of 96, allowing for impeccable colour reproduction. It has a brightness of 12,000 Lux @1m (when zoomed to 6°) to 2,600 Lux @1m (when zoomed out to 55°). The MINI30D is also dimmable, with a power-range of 10% up to 100% power.
As well as having the ability to vary the beam angle by zooming the light in an out, the Light from the MINI30D can be further controlled by using the included set of 8-Way Barn-Doors, which can be used to flag the light so it doesn’t hit parts of the scene you don’t want it to.
The MINI30D has a plethora of different accessories available for it, to further increase its functionality. These accessories include a projection attachment, Gobos, shutter blades and an Iris Diaphragm to enable you to project, control and shape the light. There are also scrims available to either partially or fully control the intensity of light.
