Citizens of Earth is a humorous RPG with cartoon graphics. It was produced by the independent Eden Industries studio, a team that has, among others, successful Waveform puzzle game.
Gameplay
The player takes on the role of the vice president of the whole world. The story begins when our hero returns to the small town he comes from after winning the elections. On the spot, it turns out that someone has filled the surrounding forests with the results of strange genetic experiments. Among the creatures terrorizing the inhabitants, there are such freaks as, among others, made of honey, a bear or an eagle with long blonde curls. It is up to the player, as the chosen representative of the nation, to discover the perpetrators and stop all this madness.
However, the vice president will not be able to complete this task alone. Instead, it will have to enlist the help of the local population. Interestingly, Citizens of Earth allows you to recruit virtually every character you meet. Our team will therefore include, among others bakers, teachers, homeless people and waiters. During their adventures, all of these heroes will acquire experience points, which will not only make them more dangerous during battles, but also increase their effectiveness in regular competitions. This way, when we disconnect someone from the team, they will return to their position and help to improve the entire town. Thanks to this, we will get better stores, additional intelligence and new special items.
