Remove any old silicone with a silicone remover. Apply in temperatures between 5 C and 40 C to guarantee a dry surface. Fill gaps or voids using Alpha Chem Expanding Foam or backing tape. Cut the thread and nozzle to the required size. Use a sealant gun to apply, smoothing it down within 5 minutes using a wetted spatula or gloved finger. Clean uncured excess with a solvent; once cured, remove mechanically.Limitations: Not recommended for porous surfaces like marble, natural stone, or concrete. Avoid use on mirrors and sensitive metals such as copper, brass, or lead. Not suitable for painting or aquarium applications.
