Story
The action of individual games included in Assassin's Creed Chronicles: Trilogy takes place in a different historical setting. Assassin's Creed Chronicles: China takes players on a journey to the 16th-century Middle Kingdom (the main character of the game is Shao Jun, who was trained by Ezio Auditore himself); the story told in Assassin's Creed Chronicles: India takes place in India in 1841 (the player takes control of Abraaz Mira, who found himself in the middle of a conflict between the British and the Sikh Empire); in Assassin's Creed Chronicles: Russia, we visit the Russian Empire from 1918 (Assassin Nikolai Orelov has a role to play in the civil war unleashed by the Bolsheviks and the political opposition loyal to the tsar).
Gameplay
Individual productions from the Assassin's Creed Chronicles: Trilogy compilation draw handfuls of the achievements of the main installments of the series. However, due to the fact that this time we are dealing with 2.5D platformers, the gameplay scheme developed for them required some changes and improvements. Therefore, although the heroes can still fight in close combat, the bonuses are stealth and silent elimination of opponents or sneaking behind their backs. As a standard, there is also the possibility of climbing the elements of the environment and performing spectacular acrobatics, and traversing subsequent locations is made more attractive by the presence of famous places - we are talking about the Cathedral of St. Basil the Blessed, Taj Mahal or even the Great Wall of China.
