All in all, it's a combination that offers you great comfort and freedom of movement.  The quality is windproof and waterproof with a water column pressure of 5,000 mm and good breathability of 3,000 mm.  Softshell or Rainwear? In general, softshell is more breathable than traditional rainwear, making it more comfortable to wear when you're active.  Many wear softshell regardless of the weather: You're prepared for a rain shower, and at the same time, the soft inner layer keeps you comfortably warm.  About Water Column Pressure Water column pressure indicates how much water the material can withstand before it starts to penetrate. The higher the water column pressure, the more waterproof it is. A good rule of thumb is that +2,000 mm is suitable for light rain showers/short trips in the rain, while +5,000 is for a heavier rain shower or a couple of hours in light rain. If you're going to be out in heavy rain, we recommend +8,000 mm.  Some Practical Information This fabric consists of 95% polyester and 5% elastane. And the colour – that's up to you. This provides a beautiful finish.     How to stitch on bias tape  Bias tape is for sewing onto curves, corners, and straight stretches. When sewing the bias tape onto your project, stitch in straight stitches with a stitch length of about 2.5 cm. While you're sewing, don't pull or stretch it. Let it align naturally along the edge, ensuring a neat finish.     TIP  When you start sewing on your bias tape, fold about 2 cm inwards so it's double-layered. When finishing, tuck the other end's fold over your folded start. The same principle applies when extending bias tape.

The combination of linen and viscose provides you with a fabric that is softer and wrinkles less than pure linen; it has a bit of elasticity and excellent absorption capabilities.   Take note of the clear structure of the fabric, which looks good on many surfaces.   DIY – mainly for the home Use this fabric for various home projects: Curtains, cushions, napkins, and tablecloths – this fabric is perfect for all.   Create small details on the cushions with matching buttons, and use the structure to embroider a simple pattern or text. All these small details contribute to giving your DIY project the perfect look for your home.   A bit more about this linen The fabric is made of 55% linen and 45% viscose, comes in a width of 135 cm, where you naturally choose the length you need for your project.
