Lana Grossa, silk/alpaca yarn "Setasuri", light red

Luxurious yarn. Setasuri is created with a love for natural materials and is the perfect choice for your creative DIY projects. Setasuri is made with an exclusive blend of Suri alpaca and silk, resulting in a yarn that is both luxurious and incredibly soft. Suri alpaca wool is known for its fine quality, and this yarn lives up to its reputation as the softest baby alpaca wool. With its slightly long-haired structure and glossy appearance, Setasuri adds elegance to any creation. Setasuri is versatile and can be used as an excellent alternative to silk mohair blends. It is a perfect accompanying thread to other yarns and can also be knitted alone with great success. Whether you want to create sweaters, cardigans, shawls, or scarves, Setasuri will bring a luxurious feel to your projects. Each Setasuri skein contains 25 grams of yarn. With an impressive running length of approximately 212 meters per 25 grams, you get a lot of yarn for your money. To achieve the perfect knitting gauge, we recommend using needles in sizes 3.5-4 mm. This ensures a beautiful result in your projects. Polar fleece rose

Polar fleece rose

The loveliest projects in fleeceFind your favourite colour and start creating your new project! Polar fleece is light, soft and stretchy - a great material that also insulates. That means it's perfect for lining a jacket or a nice, fluffy vest, for example. This is how easy it is to make a fleece blanketChoose the colour and cut the blanket to the exact size you want and voila: you have a new fleece blanket. It doesn't get any easier than this. And yes - it's good enough - you don't need to sew the edges; the material won't run. If you want to give your rug a nice finish with a sewn edge, we recommend using jersey needles, which are specially developed for qualities like this. They penetrate the fabric easily without leaving holes. Or how about making a reversible blanket or vest with two different colours of fleece - double up on warmth, softness and use. Fleece dries quickly, is robust and durable and therefore very easy to bring along, for example as extra blankets in the caravan. Practical information about polar fleeceThe fabric is 145 cm wide and you buy it by the metre, so you get the length you need. It's easy to throw in the washing machine at 40° max and is quick-drying, but can also be tumble-dried at a low temperature if you need it faster. Be aware that it shrinks about 3% in the wash, so it's a good idea to wash the fabric before starting your project. Please remember to use jersey needles (item no. 46799 or 46028) when sewing in fleece. What is STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX®?OEKO-TEX® is the world-leading label for textiles tested for harmful substances.Once the fabric has achieved a STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® certification, it is your guarantee it has been tested and approved not to contain any harmful chemicals.
