Welcome to our Perfume Assessment - 5 Scents! A cosmetic safety assessment – or CPSR – is a document, prepared and signed by a qualified cosmetic safety assessor, that confirms whether or not a particular product complies with UK and EU cosmetic regulation. All cosmetic products placed on the UK and EU markets must have a cosmetic safety assessment. An assessment is the first step in being able to sell a cosmetic product and our Perfume Assessment will allow you to make them in 5 of our perfume/aftershave inspired scents. The assessment will include a recipe and method which makes the process simple. Making your own perfumes is incredibly easy to do - requiring the mixing of just 2 ingredients. Ingredients for this assessment are purchased separately and can be found here. Everything you need to start making Wax Melts which make a great addition to your range of scented products or are great as a gift! The kit includes: 1x 50g fragrance oils 5 2oz shot pots (to put your wax in to) 500g of wax random dye random Glitter How to use your kit Melting the wax Empty your wax in to a pan and pop on the hob, you can also use a slow cooker. Heat your wax to around 70°C whilst stirring gently. Do not exceed 80°C. It wont take long to melt so keep an eye on it! Adding Colour For our wax kits we have included mica powder. This has best results when mixed with the fragrance oil before being placed in your wax. There is no right or wrong amount just add little bits until you are happy with the colour Adding Fragrance regularly check the temperature of your wax until the wax reaches 65°C. Once the wax is at 65°C, pop your mixed oil and mica powder in your wax. We suggest using up to 10% fragrance oil therefore 500 g of fragrance oil will fragrant 5 kg of wax 100g wax 10g oil and so on. Pouring Now all your ingredients are mixed, with your wax is at 60-65°C, it is time to pour the wax. Watch your shot pots as they harden, once they feel cool you are good to go! Perfumers alcohol 1000ml

Perfumers alcohol 1000ml

This is a special formulation which can be used by both professionals and amateurs who wish to make perfumes. It allows the simple addition and blending of essential oils and fragrances to produce crystal clear solutions. Perfumers alcohol is also used in the production of perfumes. The 3 main ingredients of perfumers alcohol are: Ethanol (denatured) -Alcohol which is the main carrier for the fragrance oils. This evaporates quickly as it is warmed by skin temperature releasing the fragrances evenly over the surface. Isopropyl myristate - used in preparations where good absorption is desired. Monopropylene glycol - a co-solvent which allows the fragrance oils to be solubilised in the alcohol carrier. This helps to control the evaporation of the alcohol so that it does not flash off too quickly. Making Your Own Perfumes What You'll Need To Make 100g of Perfume: 80g Perfumers Alcohol 20g Fragrance Oil Note: This is to make an "Eau De Parfum" strength perfume. You can adjust the levels of fragrance oil up and down to get the strength you require. Method: Weigh out your required amount of Perfumers Alcohol in a suitable jug. Pour the required amount of Fragrance Oil into the Perfumers Alcohol. Stir the mixture gently for 2-3 minutes. Decant your mixture into the vessel you will use the perfume in (a glass vessel with an atomiser spray is best). Seal your perfume. For best results leave it for 48 hours before using to allow the mixture to fully combine. It can be used after a couple of hours though if necessary.

Welcome to our Body Spray Assessment #1! A cosmetic safety assessment – or CPSR – is a document, prepared and signed by a qualified cosmetic safety assessor, that confirms whether or not a particular product complies with UK and EU cosmetic regulation. All cosmetic products placed on the UK and EU markets must have a cosmetic safety assessment. An assessment is the first step in being able to sell a cosmetic product and our Body Spray Assessment #1 will allow you to make them in 10 of our perfume inspired scents. The assessment will include a recipe and method which makes the process simple. Making your own body sprays is incredibly easy to do - requiring the mixing of just 3 ingredients. Ingredients for this assessment are purchased separately and can be found here. The following 10 Perfume inspired scents are assessed in this report: La Vie Est Belle Good Girl Dark Opium Alien Baccarat Rouge Lady Millionaire Olympea Fantasy Madam Coco Savage Ingredients needed to perform this assessment are: Perfumers Alcohol Distilled Water Fragrance Oil Please note these ingredients are not included with your assessment and must be purchased separately. Ingredients for this assessment can be found here. The maximum size bottles for this assessment are 125ml to avoid the Flammable Warning & the postage restrictions on package sizes for perfumes. They must be glass or PET plastic unless you carry out your own Compatibility Testing. Our bottles can be found here. All assessments will be sent to our assessors on a Friday. The cut off for your order to be sent the same week is midnight on Thursday. Once the assessment is sent to the assessor we expect to receive it back in 10 working days however please note in busy periods this may take longer. We require the fragrance oils for this assessment to be purchased from Craftiful Fragrance Oils.
