Titleist GT2 Driver The Titleist GT2 Driver is engineered for golfers seeking a fast and forgiving driver for both centered and off-centered hits. Players who find it challenging to consistently hit the sweet spot will benefit from GT2's enhanced Speed Ring and Variable Face Technology, which ensure rapid ball speeds across the clubface. Additionally, the GT2's higher MOI design provides maximum stability. The GT2's shape has been refined to inspire confidence and optimized for superior aerodynamic performance. The clubhead is longer from front to back, and the clubface is slightly shallower. Compared to previous '2' models, such as TSi and TSR, the Titleist GT2 boasts a more traditional pear shape, aligning its profile more closely with the GT3 . An adjustable weight in the rear allows for customisation of headweight and swingweight, providing tailored performance and feel. Like all Titleist GT Driver models, the GT2 features the new Seamless Thermoform crown and Split Mass Construction. These innovations, combined with the model's other advancements, deliver comprehensive driver performance. SEAMLESS THERMOFORM CROWN Each model in the GT lineup features an ultra-lightweight crown made from a new Proprietary Matrix Polymer. This material, never before used in golf clubhead design, provided Titleist engineers with unprecedented design solutions for internal weight positioning, resulting in gains across multiple categories of driver performance. The crown is seamlessly integrated into the sole using an advanced thermoforming process, producing a clean look with no visible seam or transition between materials. SPLIT MASS CONSTRUCTION The weight savings from GT’s Thermoform Crown allowed Titleist engineers to reposition discretionary weight optimally within the clubhead. Mass was strategically shifted towards both the front, enhancing speed through CG placement, and the rear, providing stable, high-MOI performance. CG placements vary across the three models, offering players the chance to find the ideal combination of speed, launch angle, and spin for their game with three distinct setups. IMPROVED AERODYNAMICS Enhancements to internal construction and weight distribution have allowed for optimal aerodynamic improvements across the three models. Previously unattainable due to design limitations, these breakthroughs have led to refined profiles that reduce drag and increase clubhead speed in the GT drivers.
