Deep Freeze Patch works like ice by cooling the affected or swollen area. Cooling therapy for muscle and joint injuries is well established and recommended by sports physiotherapists. Prompt cooling has been shown to effectively reduce pain and may help in the healing of minor injuries. Cooling therapy can also be used to soothe tense, tired or sore muscles and joints. Deep Freeze Patch is convenient and easy to use is placed directly onto the skin and can be used under clothing. How to use Apply the patch to the affected area as soon as possible after injury. The cooling effect of the patch will be felt quickly and can last up to 3 hours. A new patch may be applied as required. Hazards and Cautions For external use only. Do not ingest as heat generating mixture includes iron and salt which can be harmful. If swallowed or accidental ingestion occurs, rinse mouth with water and seek immediate medical help. If contents come into contact skin or eyes, rinse immediately with water. Discontinue use if skin sensitivity occurs or the patch gets uncomfortably hot. Do not use on the face or mucous membranes. If you are diabetic, pregnant, have poor circulation, nerve damage or a skin condition, consult your doctor before use. Do not bandage over the patch or use if damaged or torn. Avoid wetting the patch. After use, dispose in normal household waste. Do not use more than 4 patches one after the other on the same area. Cooling therapy should continue until pain or swelling has reduced. See a doctor if your symptoms do not improve.

Voltarol Back and Muscle Pain Relief 1.16% Gel Voltarol Back and Muscle Pain Relief 1.16% Gel helps relieve pain and reduce inflammation and swelling. Voltarol Back and Muscle Pain Relief 1.16% Gel is suitable for adults and children 14 years and over. You must be at least 16 years old to purchase this product. How to use Voltarol Back and Muscle Pain Relief 1.16% Gel: Please read the enclosed leaflet carefully before use. Use an amount the size of a one pence or two pence piece, and rub gently to the affected area. Massage into the skin over the affected site. Apply 3 - 4 times daily. Wash hands after use (unless they are the site being treated). Hazards and Cautions DO NOT USE: Do not use if you are allergic to diclofenac or aspirin or other NSAIDs, or have ever had an allergic reaction to these ingredients, or you have ever had an asthma attack, wheezing, hives, or runny nose after taking these ingredients. Do not use if taking diclofenac or other NSAIDs such as aspirin or ibuprofen. Do not use on children under 14 years of age. Voltarol Heat Patch is designed to target back and muscle pain, providing up to 24 hours of localised pain-relieving heat. How it works: The Voltarol Heat Patch is a non-medicated patch which provides targeted back and muscle pain-relieving heat for up to 8 hours. The continuous low-level heat from the patch works by stimulating heat receptors to relieve pain; increasing blood flow to relax stiff muscles, reducing muscle spasms and aids the supply of oxygen and nutrients to help promote the healing of the injured tissue. How to use: Tear open the sleeve, just before you are ready to use the heat patch. Remove the plastic backing then place the heat patch on the painful area, either the back, neck or shoulders, apply the adhesive side onto dry clean skin. Press firmly to make sure it is fixed correctly. The heat patch starts to heat up after a few minutes of opening. When you remove the heat patch, peel it off slowly from one corner. Do not leave the heat patch on the same area of skin for more than 8 hours in any 24 hour period, and do not use more than one heat patch per day on the same area of skin. The heat patch is for external use. Stop use and contact you doctor if after seven days your pain gets worse or remains unchanged. Do not use with other skin medications or other heat sources.
