Pro 6 Point TRS Harness

Pro 6 Point TRS Harness

Our basic 75mm shoulder and 50mm lap, FIA approved 8853/98 saloon TRS harness is ideally suited for a saloon or GT car. With a steel anti-creep adjusters and snap hook fixings all round, the shoulder straps of your TRS harness can be wrapped around the roll cage if required. TRS’ light weight 140 gram quick release buckle is of composite construction and is attached to the crutch strap on 5 and 6 point harnesses. Innovative features such as; a securing tab for intercom cables on the shoulder strap, thumb loops on lower shoulder straps and Velcro patches on lap straps were all pioneered by TRS and are standard on all of our competition harnesses. A variety of attachment points are available on request – please see the attached spec sheet detailing the options. Standard colours for a TRS harness are red, blue and black. Silver, yellow, green and orange are manufactured to order.

This brace mounts between the rear strut towers with some slight modification, simply drill and re-tap the top 6mm bolt hole 2 8mm, the lower mounts line up with existing holes at the bottom of the strut towers by installing riv nuts – You will need a riv-nut gun as the access is restricted for the 2 arm type riv-nut tool, we can offer a fitting service. Our top of the range 75mm shoulder and 50mm lap, FIA approved 8853/98 saloon harness ideally suited for a saloon or GT car. It has smooth running professional aluminium adjusters on the shoulder and lap straps. Snap hook fixings are fitted all round. The shoulder straps can be wrapped around the roll cage if required. The 45mm alloy lap strap adjuster is well suited for drivers who require a smaller adjuster due to space constraints inside the cockpit. TRS’ light weight 140 gram quick release buckle is of composite construction and is attached to the right-hand lap strap on 4 point harnesses.  Innovative features such as, a securing tab for intercom cables on the shoulder strap, thumb loops on lower shoulder straps and Velcro patches on lap straps were all pioneered by TRS and are standard on all of our competition harnesses.
