The game is licensed by the title organization dealing with this type of struggle and is characterized by a high level of realism. The well-known French company Bigben Interactive (publisher of the popular WRC racing series) is responsible for its creation and release.
Gameplay
The FIA European Truck Racing Championship is a classic racing game distinguished above all by the type of vehicle being driven by the player. The creators of the game focused on realism, and powerful, five-ton trucks require a definitely different approach than fast formula 1 cars, light motorcycles or racing cars.
The specificity of cars is particularly visible, for example, when passing rivals or braking - the enormous weight requires appropriate feeling and the use of a special, manual brake cooling system, using water, the supply of which we carry with us (each vehicle has two hundred liters of liquid and it is necessary to properly manage it). The races take place on closed tracks, and the game features many real-world locations, such as France's Le Mans, Italian Misano, Belgium's Zolder circuit and the Nürbürgring located in Germany. Each struggle is attended by 12 drivers who must travel 45 kilometers.
