Macpherson Vinyl White Silk Emulsion 5 Litre Macpherson Vinyl Silk is a low VOC content silk finish. It is a washable product which is thinned with water and is suitable for interior use. It is touch dry in 2-3 hours and recoatable after 4 hours. Silk emulsion is a decorative coating providing a mid sheen finish for use on walls and ceilings.Washable products are ideal for medium traffic areas such as lounges and bedrooms.It can be applied to coated plaster surfaces without thinning. On new plaster, it is ideal to use a thinned first coat of matt emulsion or contract emulsion as a priming coat, prior to finishing with silk emulsion.

It is mould resistant and waterproof when set and complies with EN 12004 (equivalent to BS5980 Type 2 Class AA). It is non-slip, ready for use and will bond and grout in dry areas to sound surfaces of cement rendering, plaster, plaster-board, old glazed tiles, wood and wood composite panels. H6 Selden Selscale Acidic Concrete Cleaner & Descaler removes cement and plaster splashes - ideal for initial cleaning. Cleans and etches concrete floors, ensures effective key for seal application. Removes industrial grime and stains from brick and stone exterior. Descales and derusts metals prior to painting. Initial cleaning and concrete etching: Dilute SELSCALE 1 part to 4 parts water. Brush or spray. Allow to penetrate 5 to 10 minutes then rinse. For stubborn deposits use neat. Descaling metal: Dilute SELSCALE 1 part to 4 parts water. Brush on.
