The design provides both efficient storage and improved game play. The token trays can be utilised during the game, and they greatly aid set-up and clear-away times. The trays are arranged with card trays down the side and three layers of token trays in the middle. These are the token and tile trays. There are two trays for storing the Atlantean and Aztec tokens. There is one long tray for the goods markers, and another for storing the gold, raze, defense and other tokens. There is space for 810 sleeved cards in total and FFG sleeves have been used in testing. These trays have no bases and are meant to remain inside the game box and not be removed. This game boards need to be placed in the box in the following sequence. First go six faction boards in a recess at the top of each of the large card trays. Then go the score board and a seventh faction board if you have it. The rule books go last, with the main one on top. Note - the lid will ride high by 4 mm when closed. Viscounts of the West Kingdom Insert

Eclipse expansions Insert

Here the game component trays are arranged in two layers. The insert provides two trays to hold the iron clay box in place. Note the coin token tray is inverted here as it is not needed. The filler trays for the iron clay box have been designed to imitate factory buildings as per the theme of the games. Each tray for the player pieces has one large slot for the character and link tiles, as well as the wooden VP & income markers. Each type of industry tiles has it's own slot, allowing them to be organised and quickly allocated to the player boards at the start of the game. here are two trays for the location & industry tiles, which also have slots for the iron & coal cubes. Clans of Caledonia Insert V2

Each player will take a tray with his chosen colour of clan pieces at the start of the game. The goods tokens each have separate slots to give easy access during the game.There is one long tray for the export contracts. There are two trays for the coins, a tray for the clan tiles, and a tray for the port bonus tiles, scoring tiles, and other game pieces. The coin trays work equally well with either the card coins from the base game or the alternative metal coins. As mentioned above many of the trays can be used during the game to organise the components and make access by all players easy. The game boards need to be placed in the box in the following sequence. First go the player boards in a recess on the right hand side of the insert. Then go the rules, followed by the market and export boards. The map boards and MacDonald tile go last, with the player aids and score sheet next to them. this fills the box to the top, and with the lid closed flush the box can be stored vertically. The insert design also works with the original edition of the game, where the player boards are narrower being only 10 cm wide. When used with this edition the long export contract tray is assembled differently and is placed the other way round in the box as shown below. This game has a lot of boards and larger tile components, and it is important to stack them correctly to allow the box lid to close flush with the box base. First goes the folded main board. This is followed by the folded doomsday and adventure boards, and to the left of these the exosuit upgrade and path boards are stacked, with the scoring pad on top of them. This raises the level to the same height as the next layer of trays, so that the player boards can be placed on top. Then go the guardian and evacuation action boards, followed finally by the rules. Folded Space has also produced a similar Rallyman: GT insert FS-RMGT. Insert compatible with Rallyman: DIRT®, including the 110%®, Climb®, Co-Pilot Pack®, R4®, R5® and Rx® expansions. The design provides both efficient storage and improved game play. Many of the trays can be utilised during the game, and they greatly aid set-up and clear-away times. The rule books act as a lid on top of the trays. The insert is arranged in up to three layers. This product also includes two cardboard tuck boxes for storing separately the hexagon map tiles. More on this below. The insert trays have space for all the game components. The time cards tray has space for all cards to be sleeved. The two dashboard token trays also have an additional slot at the end for spare damage tokens and the grey oxygen/cloud/climb tokens. Each player recieves their own tray for their colour player pieces, including the three car miniatures. The two large card trays have space for all cards to be sleeved, and have large side dips to give easy access to the cards. FS-RMDIRT includes two cardboard tuck boxes for storage of all the map tiles. These can be stored on your shelf next to the game, and have a print design in keeping with the game box. The two tuck boxes are supplied in flat-pack form and need some assembly. Firstly open the box and fold back all the crease lines so that the box stands square. You next need to fit the box bottom pieces together. Start with the long rectangular piece, followed by the side flaps, and lastly insert the piece with a tab as shown. We recommend gluing the box bottom tabs together to improve strength as the map tiles are heavy. Once the insert trays are packed into the box you need to place the damage token bag on top of one stack of cards and add the six dashboards on top of the dashboard token trays as shown. Then simply place all the rule books on top of the insert (note that there is room for just one langauge version of the rule books). Once fully loaded the box is filled to the top, allowing for vertical storage. FS-RMDIRT is an official game accessory.
