Blood Knights is an arcade RPG in the hack-n-slash convention. The game was produced by the German studio Deck13, known for such titles as Venetica, Jack Keane or the Ankh series.The plot of the game revolves around an ancient seal endowed with great power, containing the frozen blood of the vampire Cain. For thousands of years, the artifact was guarded by an order of human warriors. Unfortunately, the bloodsuckers finally discovered the place where the seal was hidden. A hunter named Jeremy is sent to thwart the monsters' plans. However, his mission fails. In a desperate attempt to save the day, Jeremy's soul is fused with a vampire named Alysa. Now the duo will have to stop the other vampires. During their adventures, the heroes will face not only monsters, but also human warriors who recognize Jeremy's new form as a filth that deserves death. Deck13 is a studio known mainly for adventure games, so it's not surprising that there's a rich storyline.
