Tusentals år har gått sedan Hazlias besegrade av jättegudarna och krossandet av deras barn. Sedan dess har Eldjättarna, eller Jotunn som de kallas i Manheim idag, undvikit sällskapet med sina bittra kusiner och valde istället att följa sin mors vision. I århundraden har dessa främmande kusiner till varje pris undvikit varandra, deras sällsynta möten har ofta slutat i oenighet och blodsutgjutelse, men detta har börjat förändras. Prometheaner från de södra eldländerna har börjat dyka upp i de norra länderna och predika visioner om att deras mor ska återvända och att deras far ska släppas. Prometheans from the southern Firelands have started appearing in the northern lands, preaching visions of the return of their mother and the release of their father. Such is the passion of their conviction in their visions that they have cast away their affiliation, gouging out their own eyes that their next vision will be their mother returned and healing them and elevating them to her side as her most favored children and the keepers of her lore. Their words have touched a cord and long dormant hope in the Titans and Jotunn alike, fanning the flames of a feeling long lost to them: Hope.
